Product Overview
Nanocrystalline C core is an upgrade product of amorphous C core, featuring high saturation flux density, low coercivity, and low core loss. It offers very low noise and supports higher frequencies up to 20KHz. It is ideal for main power transformers, audio transformers, output inductors, and boost PFC choke coils. These cores can effectively replace ferrite, permalloy, and silicon steel cores. Dimensions can be custom-made to specific requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What are the main advantages of Nanocrystalline C cores over Ferrite cores?
Nanocrystalline cores offer much higher saturation flux density (1.25T vs ~0.5T for Ferrite) and lower core loss at high frequencies, allowing for smaller and more efficient transformer designs.
Q2: Can the core dimensions be customized?
Yes, we provide custom-made dimensions for C cores and other shapes to meet specific space and electrical requirements of your project.
Q3: What is the recommended operating frequency for these cores?
These cores are optimized for high-frequency applications, typically recommended in the range of 20KHz to 30KHz.
Q4: Are these cores suitable for audio applications?
Absolutely. Due to their high permeability and low noise characteristics, they are excellent for Hi-Fi audio transformers.
Q5: What is the lead time for mass production?
The standard lead time for production is between 22 to 30 days depending on the order volume and customization level.
Q6: What certifications do these magnetic cores hold?
Our production processes and products are certified under ISO9001 standards to ensure consistent high quality.
