The NRC is a flexible current transducer based on the Rogowski principle, particularly suitable for measurement in combination with portable devices. These coils are available in different sizes and can be used in applications where traditional transducers do not fit due to size or weight constraints.

Rogowski coils are used for the detection and measurement of electric currents based on an "air-cored" coil principle. The coil is placed around the conductor, and the magnetic field produces a voltage output proportional to the rate of change of current. By using precision winding techniques, the output remains stable regardless of the conductor's position within the toroid.
