A: We are the manufacturer with our own international trade department, allowing us to serve buyers globally.
Q: Can you provide custom products?
A: Absolutely. Most of our products are customized. You can send us your drawings or requirements, and our technical staff will assist in development.
Q: Do you have requirements for MOQ?
A: There is no limitation for MOQ except under special conditions. Our sales team will inform you in advance if a MOQ exists.
Q: What kind of payment and price terms do you accept?
A: We accept TT, L/C, and Western Union. For price terms, we accept FOB, CNF, CIF, FCA, DDP, and EXW.
Q: Can you offer samples?
A: Yes, we can offer 5~10pcs of free samples for testing (depending on the model), provided there are no special requirements. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
