🔍 Product Overview
TRKLS-R series split-core three-phase flexible Rogowski coils are mainly used for the measurement and protection of three-phase current in power lines. The output signal is the differential of the current against time, and through an integrator, the measured current can be truly restored. The coil has excellent transient response ability, no hysteresis and magnetic and saturation phenomenon, wide measurement range, high precision and wide frequency response range. The split-core structure, flexible silicone rubber quilt and skeleton, can be used to measure the current of conductors with large size or irregular shape.
🌟 Key Features
Split-core Structure: Easy to install on site without disconnecting primary cables.
Flexible Design: Detects current of irregular primary conductors with ease.
High Performance: Low output voltage, high linearity, and no magnetic saturation.
Customizable: Secondary output via RJ45; cable length can be customized.
🚀 Scope of Application
✔ Measurement of high current AC signals (e.g., short-circuit current).
✔ Measurement of pulse signals with high peak values (e.g., lightning current).
✔ Analysis of harmonic current signals.
✔ Current measurement of electric welding machines.
✔ Irregular conductor currents (e.g., rail current measurement).
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
What is the main advantage of the split-core Rogowski coil?
The split-core structure allows for quick and easy installation or removal without the need to disconnect the primary cable, ensuring safe and efficient testing.
Does this coil experience magnetic saturation?
No, the Rogowski coil design has no magnetic core, which means it does not suffer from hysteresis or magnetic saturation, allowing for a very wide measurement range.
What is the IP protection rating for this product?
The TRKLS-R series is rated at IP65, providing excellent protection against dust and water ingress, suitable for various indoor conditions.
Can it measure irregular conductor shapes?
Yes, the flexible silicone rubber quilt and skeleton design allow it to wrap around conductors of large sizes or irregular shapes, such as rails.
What is the operating temperature range?
The coil is designed to operate reliably in temperatures ranging from -40ºC to +70ºC.
What type of output connection does it use?
The secondary output typically adopts an RJ45 crystal terminal network cable, and the length can be customized based on specific requirements.
