The energy-efficient three-level oil-immersed distribution transformer is a product independently developed through the research and application of new materials and processes. By optimizing the core and coil structure, we achieve a significant reduction in no-load loss and noise.
Performance: Noise levels are reduced by an average of 20% compared with the national standard JBT10088-2004, reaching advanced technical levels.
Energy-saving, environmentally friendly, safe and reliable, this is the ideal distribution equipment for urban and rural network centers.

The low-voltage winding adopts copper foil winding or layer structure. High-voltage winding utilizes a multi-layer cylindrical structure for balanced ampere-turn distribution, minimal magnetic leakage, and high mechanical strength against short circuits.
The iron core is crafted from high-quality, high-magnetic silicon steel sheets using a full-slant step-joint stacking process. This ensures exceptionally low no-load loss and quiet operation.
Equipped with anti-loosening nuts for high and low-voltage leads. A non-hanging structure is adopted to ensure the unit remains fastened and reliable during long-distance transportation.
The coil and core are vacuum-dried, and the transformer undergoes a vacuum oil injection process. This maximizes insulation strength and overall electrical durability.
Corrugated oil tanks eliminate the need for oil storage cabinets. The oil is isolated from external oxygen and moisture, preventing insulation decline and extending the service life significantly while reducing maintenance costs.
