3. How long is the preparation and lead time?
It is recommended to order 6 months before the hotel opens. The process includes: CAD layout (3-7 days), Quotation (1-7 days), Samples (3-5 days), Production drawings (3-15 days), Production (60 days), and Delivery (30-60 days).
4. How do you handle quality control?
We use high-quality materials and have a dedicated 5-person QC team. Our management team checks product details one by one to ensure 100% quality standards before loading.
5. What is the warranty and after-sales service?
Our warranty period is 3 years, and the furniture is designed for over 10 years of use. For any minor issues or emergencies, our after-sales team typically provides resolutions within 3-7 days.
6. Can you work with custom designs?
Yes, we specialize in OEM and ODM services. We can work directly from your CAD drawings or help create drawings based on your project's 3D layout and material requirements.
