We use high-density particle board or MDF with anti-water and anti-scratch characters. Desk tops and side legs are available in 25mm or 50mm thickness, laminated with 2mm PVC edges.
Raw material Cutting → Board Pressing → Products Shaping → Edges Sealing → Board Drilling → QC Checking → Cleaning → Packing → Loading.
All products are in knock-down packing. Each part is protected by pearl cotton and high-quality carton boxes. Mailbox packing is also available and can pass drop tests.
